With over a decade of combined experience in business to business sales and extensive research in the property market, we set out to source and manage high-quality rental properties across the Midlands.

 

As our network grew and our industry knowledge deepened, we discovered a growing need within the Care and Housing sector. It became clear that our expertise in property and commercial experience combined with our desire to make a meaningful difference, positioned us perfectly to support this sector. This realisation shaped our core business model, partnering with landlords and providers to facilitate and manage long-term leases on quality homes that meet the unique needs of social and supported housing.
